I have managed the development and delivery of complex proposals in response to government RFPs. My role was to manage the response process from start to finish. I was responsible for:
- Coordinating and editing engineering input
- Ensuring compliance with RFP requirements
- Setting schedules and meeting the delivery deadline
- Re-working boilerplate to highlight and enhance the marketing “win theme”
- Proofreading the final proposal for submission
